Reservation policy
A 50% deposit will be requested at the time of reservation to block the calendars. Payment by credit card Visa or Mastercard (please note that a 4% fee will be applied) Payment by bank transfer The other 50% required on the morning of your arrival along with a valid credit card as a security deposit.
Arrival time 5pm or flexible / Departure time 11am
No pets allowed, no parties, non-smoking lofts

Cancellation condition
Full refund for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund 48 hours after booking and at least 14 days before arrival. After this period a 50% refund will be given.
